Operating production facilities in Şanlıurfa and Ankara with a total area of 15,000 square meters, the company aims to expand exports with new investments and advanced production technologies. With a production capacity of up to 600 tons, Akabe Energy manufactures cooling tanks used in 50 MW transformers and continues to export to Europe as well as other international markets, particularly the Middle East. Chairman Ahmet Deniz stated that demand for Turkish manufacturers is increasing in Europe and the company aims to strengthen its position in the global energy supply chain.

Ahmet Deniz, Chairman of the Board of Akabe Energy, stated that the company is among Türkiye’s leading manufacturers of transformer cooling tanks, connection components, and various transformer accessories, adding that the company holds an important position in the sector.
Providing details about the company’s production infrastructure, Deniz said the facility located in the Şanlıurfa Organized Industrial Zone has approximately 10,000 square meters of indoor production space, while the factory in Ankara covers around 5,000 square meters.
With these facilities, Akabe Energy operates across a total production area of 15,000 square meters.
Deniz emphasized that the company produces galvanized and painted transformer cooling tanks using modern manufacturing technologies. These products play a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of high-capacity transformers.
According to Deniz, Akabe Energy currently has a production capacity of up to 600 tons, enabling the company to manufacture cooling tanks used in power transformers with capacities reaching 50 megawatts.
He noted that cooling systems are vital components in transformer performance and reliability, and Akabe Energy continues to invest in engineering capabilities and production technologies to deliver high-quality and durable solutions.
Deniz also highlighted that changes in the global energy supply chain have created significant opportunities for Turkish manufacturers.
“The demand for reliable and high-quality energy equipment suppliers in Europe has been increasing in recent years,” Deniz said. “This situation presents important opportunities for Turkish companies with strong manufacturing capabilities.”
He explained that Akabe Energy has been cooperating with European companies for many years and aims to increase its exports to Europe through new investments and advanced technological production lines.
The company plans to strengthen its position in the European market by offering competitive production capacity, high-quality manufacturing standards, and reliable supply capabilities.
Deniz also pointed out that Akabe Energy’s export activities extend beyond Europe.
The company exports its products to several regions, particularly the Middle East, and has supplied equipment for major energy projects in Saudi Arabia.
Akabe Energy’s product portfolio includes transformer cooling tanks, brass and copper-based components, connection elements, and electromechanical equipment used in power infrastructure projects.
Deniz stated that the company aims to further strengthen its global presence through continuous investments, innovation-driven production strategies, and expanding export networks.
