Corrugated wall production is carried out through a series of automated manufacturing processes:

Coil Uncoiler: A system that automatically unwinds the steel coil before processing.
Corrugation Folding Unit: The unit where the steel sheet is shaped into corrugations using blades as it moves through the roll forming machine.
Corrugated Wall Cutting Machine: Used to cut corrugated wall sections into various required dimensions.
Corrugated Wall Seam Welding (Automatic Seam Welding): A robotic welding system used to create edge seams on corrugated walls.
Strip Placement on Corrugated Walls: Applied to maintain consistent spacing between corrugated wall sections.
Spot Welding Process: Different corrugated wall pieces are joined using spot welding techniques.
Round Rod Welding: A round rod is welded to prevent deformation and increase structural strength.
Edge Bending of Corrugated Walls: Edge bending is performed according to customer requirements at angles such as 0°, 45°, 90°, and 180°.

Transformer tank production is carried out through several manufacturing stages:

Corrugated Wall Production: The process begins with the production of corrugated walls, which are one of the main components of transformer tanks.

Cutting Steel Sheets and Angles: Black steel sheets and angle profiles used in the tank body are cut to the required dimensions.

Plasma Cutting of Tank Covers: Tank covers are precisely cut using plasma cutting machines.

Tank Welding and Assembly: The prepared components are assembled and welded in the tank welding department to form the transformer tank structure.

Cleaning and Washing: After welding, the tanks and covers are cleaned and washed to prepare the surface for coating.

Painting Process: The cleaned tanks and covers are transferred to the painting department where protective coating is applied.

Packaging and Shipping: After the painting process, the finished tank covers are packaged and prepared for shipment.

Our painting line operates through several stages to ensure that transformer tanks and metal components are durable and corrosion-resistant. Surface Cleaning: After welding and production processes, the parts undergo surface cleaning before painting. Washing and Degreasing: Oil, dirt, and production residues are removed from the metal surfaces through special washing processes. Drying: The cleaned components are fully dried before the painting process. Paint Application: Transformer tanks and metal parts are coated with protective industrial paint in the painting line. Drying and Quality Control: After painting, the products go through drying and quality control processes. Preparation for Shipment: Once the painting process is completed, the products are packaged and prepared for shipment.
